I have now decided to go to other countries for such that will hear me out so as not to waste any more years trying to convince them. Would you please recommend whom I go to for such & to be heard most important of all? I am well aware of the utmost importance of the environment we live in & with this design concept, I am very positive this is only solution to TRANSPORTATION FREE FROM POLLUTION!! Its a FULLY ELECTRIC POWERED vehicle that needs no water, petrol, electric plug-in & no solar panels to power. This vehicle is NOT A HYBRID! Thank you.
