Hi Catherine

Thanks. You may wish to read the book by ISEAS, "Energy Perspectives on Singapore and the Region" and contact the various paper authors, or contact the people at the Energy Studies Institute.

Regards
Eugene

Hi Eugene

Thanks a lot for the very informative posts. They are must read for my studies. I am student at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in NUS, and my research is on promotion and development of renewable energy markets.

In one of my classes, I need to write a paper on policy making, and I chose Singapore as my empirical case on how it formulate policies, with focus (topic) on Energy Policy as the case study.

I wonder if you would kindly help me identify some reading materials and person to interview on how policies are formulated in Singapore with particular focus on the energy policy-- in short, how the energy policy came about as a policy.

Looking forward to your reply.

Best,
Catherine Ramos
