Today, I came to know 40% of Carbon emissions were from Transportations like Buses, Lorries, Taxis and Cars.
This is my suggestion and may require further study on it,
Step 1: After combustion, the smoke (carbon emission) from exhaust pipe must be channelled to another tank
Step 2: The smoke in Carbon emission tank should be compressed to hold 1 Full tank of the vehicle’s fuel tank
Step 3: Petrol Station operators must take responsibility of collecting the Carbon emission from the tank by charging the customer
Step 4: Government should dig a deep hole similar to the depth of Oil reserves inside the earth
Step 5: All Oil related companies should take responsibility of carrying their Carbon emissions back to deep into earth’s hole (cost beared by enduser)
This may be difficult to implement but have to start with high carbon emitting vehicles like buses and lorries which are owned by companies.
Later to Taxis & Cars.
Even Flights should follow this principle.
